I learned that relapses are a part of the recovery and i should not feel bad about it !

Honestly, the most reassuring thing is there are others like me, and having a place where there is no judgement and a sense of being private and completely open at the same time as been rewarding .

Hey there!!!

I can't believe I've reached 50th cup! I like the Growth Path so much. I am here for a week and I have already done a 7-day streak. I want to reach 365 day-streak and one day fully recover from my depression and anxiety...

Whenever I felt sad this week, I tried to remember to focus on my breath. I tried to remember why I am here and what I am living for. After practicing one more mindfullness exersice, I know will try everyday to think of 1 to 3 things I am grateful for today and now. The Path showes me that I am not alone. That there is still hope. It teaches me how to encourage myself to move and fight every single day. It helps me to focus on my best and let go of worries. I liked when there was a step where I had to choose one word to describe me and there were only positive features on the list. Therefore, this task was hard but it helped to really think which are my good sides. Thank you so much for creating this!!!

Will continue to grow. 😌 Wish everybody a great morning/day/night. ❤

Step #225

I have learned that it is okay to work on it a little at a time. I have also learned that I am not alone. Sometimes I need others to support me, I cannot do this all by myself.
