I got to the point where I became my own self advocate and gave up playing the victim role - but what I learned in the process :
It is always okay to seek out and gather support of others.
I do not have to do it alone....But I do have to stand up for myself.
I believe with help and establishing daily routines allowed me to stay focused and motivated on the tasks at hand.
I reached level 50! This site might actually be helping me
I'm gonna be alright someday.
