I learned that it's okay to ask for help. We don't need to do this alone heart

Level 260!

Ive learnt that I can definitely do that!

Small simple steps is the key when you're demotivated!

Let's this people! We shall never give up.

Make a small effort rather than nothing!

It will add up to your goal eventually and you'll reach your goals!

I'm still hurting, but knowing that I'm not alone and have good friends and a good life and family helps alot.

I learned to sometimes not care about anything and do whatever I want. It's a break day in a way.

most important lesson ive learned since being on 7cups is that it feels so good to get help. it feels so good to say that you are hurt and sad and can't cope on your own. my struggles have been received with support and empathy in a way i hadn't experienced before. thank you.
