I'm learning to be happier

I learned I'm not alone #mosimportantthing

It's difficult doing the same thing over and over, trying to progress. I need motivation, and it can only come from me. My efforts aren't in getting work done, but maintaining the right motivation.

patience and curiosity can help us learn a lot

I learned im not alone, i have many by my side, but i still feel sad,down 😔

I am MORE than a job title or a number on the scale.

I can overcome anything , and the fear of failure or making a mistake is always worse than the mistake itself.

I have learned that "The truth is rarely pure and never simple"(O.Wilde), but accepting and embracing my humanness has given me a freedom so peaceful. Still a work in progress, but empowering nonetheless.
