That I will survive. Clarity is coming back to me.

I am not useless or stupid. And anxiety is something i can control.

I'm learning to reach out to resources available.

I feel like I have had a breakthrough, i am in my safe space now, but it is up to me to apply it tmrw

I have learned that its been a rough year but I survived. I can handle what this next year throws at me one step at a time. Things seem large and out of control at times but the big picture is not seen or known. What seems bad at the time, may be leading me someplace new and grander than I could have imagined.

I stuck it out and finished the semester. Now I'm waiting for grades. Yay! I finished!! :)

Made it to Supporter level!

#1 thing i learned is I can still take pride in my accomplishments. Thought that was gone from my life. #grateful

Have decided I am going to keep working at it!
