Everything works out for the best - it unfolds for my highest good. I just dont trust that is happening when i am filled with negativity and fear. Then I sit in darkness and fear and think of ways to escape and the worst case scenario....

but...

if thinking of the worst case senario and torturing myself with that is pointless but causes suffering -

I might as well empower myself and think of things working out for the best and embrace the trust and joy.

@blissedNblessed

i LOVE what you just said!!! Its what I always ask myself and others talking to me- whats the BEST case scenario? And how can we get there?

Because its exactly like you said- why torture yourself with the endless negative possibilities? We always have choices to make, though we may not know exactly how our future will pan out.

Im so happy for you that you figured all this out! I hope it serves you well ❤️

@creativeOak9590

oh wow, step 80 AND a 66 day streak?! Thats such a long time to keep it up- well done! Haha earning badges shows our accomplishments in a physical sense, and it shows appreciation :) Whats the next badge you want to earn? :D xx

@rebecca947

I don't think I actually know what most of the available badges are, but I've been working on...I guess it's called the "Group Chimer" badge, but I'm really working my way towards the Friendly Face badge as a sort of (much) longer term goal.
