I learned that when I am suffering and I reach out to people here, I feel better after sharing, and even better if I got to help someone else in the process. I learned that I am not the only one suffering like I thought I was.

We try to justify things, after we have done something we believe needs to be justified. Something we feel bad about.

I spend a lot of time justifying my moods. Am I trying to make myself feel good about feeling bad?

If we want someone to help us we need to reach out to them. We can't push people away and tell them we're fine when were not and expect them to know that we're dying inside.

Anxious thoughts come from the perception that we may be in some type of danger, be it physical mental or social.

I feel a lesson I've learned is that you can become friends of almost everyone. (I think) by being humble and ask what do they meant when you felt hurt by something they said.

Harmonizing opposites, things that come and go allows for balance.
