I've learned the importance of letting go with boundaries... though I like to be open with people. I feel that letting go of this breakup is best to do privately to some extent till I feel ready and able to express how empowered I feel after really connecting with my internal self. I always share things with my support people and it's great and constructive in its own right... but I feel pretty mixed up about all the feelings regarding the end of my relationship... sometimes I feel like spewing out the anger, pain, hurt just because I feel like it will disappear after... but it doesnt... it still lingers because I have yet to forgive myself for pursuing the relationship while knowing it was destructive/toxic. The love I had gave me strenght to put the work in to make our relationship healthier but the partner was not at that level to balance the effort. this left me ridiculously depleted, i lashed out, felt grief and guilt, struggled to let go.... I've felt like relapsing in my eating disorder for the past month bc the struggles had gotten so bad. I just need space on that level till I figure out myself and how to feel better a little more each day till I bring this up to anyone... each day my goal is to let go of this a bit more. Designate an appropriate "freedom" period of the day where I can acknowledge the hardship and the pain it caused, understand the lesson behind it and release something beautiful I can love in its place.

Although Im slowly progressing forwards there are bad days and days where I slip back. Most days I can see the positive but I have waves of sadness and hopelessness. Tomorrow is a new day, Ill greet it with a smile.

I learned that everybody has problems, and the key to overxome them is to focus finding solutions rather than getting distracted with the problem itself. Sometimes, listening to others problems eases the mind in terms of remembering that I am not alone and we all have something on our plate. I also learned how to mesitate in order to relax to be able to put my thoughts together. Furthermore, I learned to listen and observe before I speak, and that was a turning point in dealing with situations which I wasnt sure about how to deal with.

I'm just putting one foot in front of the other and taking things one day at a time.

My days are getting more manageable the more I find my strenght in the process of letting go. Today has been better than yesterday... and yesterday better than the day before. I'm taking things as they come... but putting myself first has been the greatest step in allowing myself to make strides moving forward.

When I feel down and out I can pick myself back up by encouraging others 😀
