@GlenM I have learned that to really get better I need to take my time and think things through but not think them over too much.

CHOICE, CHOICE , CHOICE!

It always comes back to me making the choice to feel like a victim of life - or to take action and empower myself.

To believe in my self created fear - or seek out a different perspective....

it is MT CHOICE.

I have no one to blame but myself.

But I also have the ability to make things better.

There is no shame in coming back - have been absent for over 2 years, and what should I say. I missed you!

I am on step 99

I am trying to focus more on the present moment and the task I am doing at any moment (driving, practicing, working out, etc.).

I suffer a lot of social anxiety but I am headed toward week 3 in a new place and I finished up my paperwork to volunteer at the local library with my references today. We'll see if they phone me. I hope they do.

I'm just beginning my 7 cups journey, but in the time i've spent reflecting, i've learned that perfection isn't necessary for growth. Don't expect to be your best self at every moment. Fail, cry, be discouraged. But if you remember to get back on the horse when you've found your strength you will make it to your destination.
