I do not need to rely on my anxiety meds to get through intensely anxious situations! I have coping skills and I have proven this to myself today!

I just reached step 50 in my growth path!

i started 7cups a few years ago, but took an even longer break from it. I feel like Ive been sinking, but I dont want to fall down the rabbit hole again. Yesterday evening, I logged back into 7cups and competed step 49!

Thanks for all the support from before and Im looking forward to the future!

I do have what it takes to stand up for myself and do what is right for me, reguardless of what others think.

Step 61 and from step one I can honestly say I have made huge progress. I use all of the techniques learned from 7cups on a daily basis and my depression before was at a 10 now it's at I'd say a 5. But of course every day can change. But I've learned if I take a step back one day i can put my best foot forward to take 2 steps forward the next. My therapist says "behind these dark clouds there is sunshine, but sometimes we just have to enjoy the small rays that peak through" and I now believe that.
