@GlenM I learned I need to stop reading between the lines in what people say it's not always meant in a negative way

Step 70:

What I've learned is to respond to situations instead of react. In the past, I reacted with too much sensitivity. Now I breathe in; breathe out; and look at the situation as a growing moment---- teaching moment. The journey is preparing me for what is about to happen in a positive way.

Onward....

I am so proud of all my hard work over years - bc now i can look at my past but not be bombarded with pain from it - i have let the pain go. I can use my observing self and stay peaceful.

I learned that there are tough times, just imagine yourself in a better situation to calm yourself down and get to that better place.
