Step 240, learning how to be less anxious.
Remember everyone is fighting there own battles
I need to learn to create and make my own happiness and not let others try to mangle and steal it.
Another milestone, yeah me! I am learning to listen, to stop, think, and form good responses. I have embarked on a new approach which is really and old common sense doctrine that I believe holds much merit. The author is very endearing to me, and much maligned. I hope when others attack me and his approach that I am able to do justice in listening and responding. Have a great day.

STEP 600 🙂
On the downside (lets get the bad news out of the way first) - work is VERY stressful, Im often physically and mentally exhausted from it, and also sometimes despite my efforts to find supportive and stable friendships on here, those are still very difficult for me to come by because todays world tends to emphasize short-lived superficial relationships over true friendships. 🥺
OK, enough of that downside ... stuff. Time for the good stuff! @FloweringBunny So true, sometimes we take care of everyone else and by the time we are done we are too exhausted to care for ourselves. I've been trying to work on these things this week. I've started using a bullet journal and it's really been helpful keeping me on track with my self care in addition to my moods and trying to eat better. It's day by day idk
Im learning that to experience healing, you should first accept that you need to heal and second that you want to heal.
