I think the most important thing I've learnt so far is that I need to take time out to just breathe. I always thought it sounded silly but it actually helps!

Having found 7C feels like a blessing. I have found that I am able to share my deepest thoughts an moods with people who truly cares. Even without knowing me. I am learnining to undersatand how the Mindfulness exercises work and that they work for me. I am grateful for the people I have met here.

Learned to be stronger, like the mountain. The earth is a part of me, and I am a part of it.

Ive learned that for the most part, people genuinely do care about others, even if they are total strangers.

Ive struggled with feelings of inadequacy and rejection that are unfounded and based purely on the misconception that people genuinely only care about themselves.

What I am starting to see now, is that if given a chance to show some support for another person, people will take that chance. This gives me hope, and not just for myself, or my life, but for society as a whole..

Now if only someone could put me in contact with someone about volunteering to help fix some of the bugs with the UI / UX of this site, I would love to contribute.

@thrownaway27 Great post. I've learnt that too. People genuinely care if you let them in.

I've learnt that there is a lot I can do to improve my life, even though it doesn't necessarily feel shitty. I've been motivated to start practicing mindfulness and I think I'm on the right path to make my life even better.

We can always work on ourselves, to make ourselves even happier, more free and calm, right? It's a never ending job, really, but it's fun — because we're tweaking ourselves to the best version of us, in a way, right?

Thank you so much for sharing!

Heck yeah! Slow and steady wins the race, they say, and you'll get there, you'll achieve it all, all of your goals, I believe in you.
