It really is. And sometimes it's a bit of a struggle to get there, but it's so worth it! :)

I've learned I should allow myself a few minutes a day to just sit and breath, try to relax and clear my mind. I need to take some time out of each day just for myself, the world will not need me for 5 minutes and I deserve a break from everything and everyone.

I've reached step ten in my journey and though I haven't quite mastered it yet, I've learned to take time for myself each day. Also, to reach out when I'm in need of help.

I've learned that deep breathing and meditation are effective ways to collect all my negative energy and harness it in a positive way.

Level 50..I haven't learned much in all honesty. It seems like I'm doing the same thing over and over again. Need new and different steps.

I've only been on this site for a few days. It's surprising that I've made it here so quickly. I expected for it to take a little while. I'm still not completely familiar with the site. I don't know how to find everything, but I'm learning. I have a feeling that this is going to be an interesting experience.

Today, I accessed a listener for the first time. I found it to be helpful. This may sound funny, considering that last night, I became a listener. I've only spoken as a listener to four people, I think. I don't know how that's going to go, but I'm going to try to learn to be a better at reflective listening. It isn't my strong suit yet, but having a listener is better than not having one.

All in all, I think that this is going to be a good experience. Thanks creating this space and for allowing the opportunity for us to heal and grow together.

@MsEmma Thank you, it's often very much struggle for me to open up. It's harder to feel validated and accepted. It's was really nice of you to say that.
