Hi Era! 😊❤️ Happy Cupsversary! Thank you for your service, long service of 5 years! In your time here, I can only imagine how many you have helped, supported and mentored. I can only imagine how many lives you have touched and in a positive way! I for one am truly grateful to have you here on this site. Working along side you in the LSR is a true joy. I understand you took a break but see, I always remembered you even if you did go on a break and even if you don't quite remember me! ❤️Once you have true respect for someone and know their skill sets, well you know who is rock solid around here.

It might surprise you to know, it's precisely why upon your return to 7 cups, even at first blush in the LSR, I always showed deference to you. You roll up into the room, no badge, I showed you honor for your length of service and I have made comments that Era would be a great person to answer that one first. I stand back and allow you the time to step forward. Maybe you had been confused as to why? It's because I know what you are capable of.

So, for today my friend, my gift to you will be telling a story of our first interaction and letting everyone else know, what it is you are capable of! 😊❤️

For me as a new listener, I had run into a very very difficult situation here on 7 cups! I was confused, scared, didn't know what to do about the situation, but rest assured it would be classified as one of those "hot button issues" that needed to be taken care of and quickly. It's a moment where you know it's a call to action but you just don't know what to do or think about it all.

I had a great mentor but they were not available at the moment. I had never pm'd Era before but had seen their great work here on this site and I was confident they would be a trusted individual to guide me correctly if they were available. Indeed, I know greatness when I see it!

Yup, Era made the magic happen. I pm'd Era, they were like "oh my gosh, okay, we got this. I just woke up but you have my full attention". Bleary eyed and half asleep, Era still guided me through the steps to take, what to do, how to do it, links involved. They were one stop shopping my friends and gave their all to me! They held my hand, validated me, told me it would all be okay and knew this could be a little scary for anyone. Truly, that morning I knew I was standing in front of greatness and still am! Era, yes, that was me! You might not remember my screen name but I'm confident you remember the situation now.

Era, again, happy Cupsversary and thank you for being the mentor to me that you didn't have to be. But you did it and you helped me and took responsibility for me! This is the hallmark of a great leader! No wee bit of kindness is ever lost on me and I have never forgotten what you did for me even if it has slipped your mind!
