The best compliment I've ever received was: "I'm extremely thankful for your existence. Thank you for all the things you are doing man."

@jesusredeemedme2425. I'm a fan of a local band and there are two compliments that I will never forget from them
1. the guitar player gave me a shout out and Thanked me for always coming to see them infront of probably 100 people in a small brewery and 2. Last night the same guitar player expressed how the scrapbook I made them back in March, it had photos, country music related decorations and qoutes, made them emotional.

I was reading at 4 -early and very teacher pet- and I was considered excelled through most of grade school in. I was told I should have skipped grades. It was a weird feeling for a while

I am very bad at receiving compliments. I usually crack a joke or something to change the subject.
My aunt used to call me "Lovely child". It has always stayed in my heart and shaped my inner voice and even decades later today those words are how I find it best to describe myself.
May she rest in peace. She gave me a lot of love and support. I will never forget.
