I love this quote, and for me, it was a bit of a journey to figure out exactly what it meant to "be myself" and discover who I truly was, and that's okay too! We're all works in progress. Learning to love yourself, wherever you are on that journey isn't easy for many.
For anyone who needs to hear it, you're worth it and deserving of love and acceptance just the way you are 💕

@ShadowFaerie I 100% agree. Knowing who we are, self acceptance, self appreciation and love can definitely be a journey. I'm still learning everyday as i'm sure many are💛
@Lovelight1211 I could never be happy if I couldnt be me and the person I am inside and out. I didnt fully know b’fore who I was. I knew part but so much I didnt know. Now I do and since having been in program I can say I am free and I am alive not dead as I had been for so many years of my life.

@Lovelight1211 work isn’t even the word. lol. So many times I either reveled. Didn’t show up or I would show up 5-10 minute’s b’fore bro was ending or simply go and hide from my case manager. She was always on my case n literally I got Angry with her I really did wanna call police on her but I knew the job she had no one would listen. In the end she won out as did Eve over therapists. She had them all on my back day after day. SMH. All that on their part to vet me to where I’m at today.
