With anticipation in my heart, I eagerly look forward to the approaching season of rest and rejuvenation. As the days grow longer and the warmth of the sun beckons, I envision endless possibilities and delightful adventures that lie ahead!

As for me, I cannot wait to dip my toes in the salty waves of the sea. There is something incredibly soothing and invigorating about the ocean's vast expanse. The rhythmic sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the touch of sand creates a sense of peace and serenity. It's a reminder of the immense beauty and power of nature, and I am profoundly grateful for these moments of connection.

I love reading self-help books, writing articles/content, drawing/sketching/painting, singing, and walking into the woods as I love nature too :) and exercising.

As for your question, when it comes to drawing, I especially like to draw flowers, or landscapes. What about you?

This spring I'm grateful for 2 months of therapy. I'm grateful for the therapist for giving their time. And I'm grateful for having the money and time to be able to take advantage of it. And I'm proud of what I achieved with it.
This summer I'm looking forward to practicing my listening skills and hopefully giving a bit back. Also swimming in the sea. Being able to exercise without pain because of the support of the sea is a gift. Also snorkeling and feeling as free as the fish. Also lazy days reading a book in the shade. And harvests from the garden. So many good things.
Spring is my favourite season. Perhaps because of the promise of summer 😄

I love spending time with our families out in the warm weather. We have all four seasons here, which I am very grateful for, and the sunshine and warmth always makes me feel social.

We had a family reunion this month that was such a wonderful holiday.

Enjoying the light in the morning (during these months where we don't wake before it) is a daily practice I love.
