It's rare to find a person with such a combination of qualities and skills.

Those of the heart: good, kind. compassionate, forgiving.

Those of a leader: encouraging, educational, exemplary, visionary, and inspiring.

Organizational: hard-working, conscientious, determined, rule-enforcer, goal-oriented, effective.

Community promoter: engaging, fun, always mingling with the members, and creating valuable content.

I will be eternally grateful for our founder putting you at the helm.

You took on the role at a time when we desperately needed someone just like you! ❤️ We needed a hero and you gave us one! 🥇 I can only imagine how frightening it could have been to do so, given the specific challenges that you (we all) faced. Thank you for facing the fear, if there was any for you, looking it square in the eye and creating change in a positive direction!

You have been The One, our Neo, our deliverer! ❤️❤️❤️ What you were facing was no easy task. You turned this place around in 6 months, 6 months 😳 which was a monumental feat and continue to make us better, day by day. I feel in my heart that you didn't change our culture but that you brought us back to the culture that Glen had intended for us all along, at first inception. I imagine you had to cure a lot of ills, tease many things apart and even pay for the sins of others. Thank you for being strong my sweet friend! ❤️

I love your approach and your leadership style! I'm grateful for you, respect you and admire you as a leader and as a human being. Thank you for "being the example" around here. You have been very forthcoming and have been vulnerable with all of us with sharing about you and your life, thoughts, feelings via forum posts. That really sets the tone and shows us that it's safe for us to be so as well.

You take a humanistic approach and see us all as human beings behind the screen with a heart, a pulse, a soul, needs and dreams. You surround yourself with a wide set of intelligent as well as highly diverse people and you listen to them. You maximize your resources and here, your resources are people! 😊 I love how you ask for input and take your time to make the very best choice for us all.

You are funny, smart and kind. You are highly approachable and just flat out real! Seeing you come around a corner does not set fear in our hearts with "here comes the big scary, angry, stompy boss person". Instead, when we get to see you, it's complete joy! ❤️ We get to be like.......Weeeeeeeee weeeeeeeee! 😊 H in the house!
