Had a few yesterday all started by an intense but fun spin session that had my mind buzzing all day :) PM'd and had a giggle with Amanda84 over lunch out, very friendly and didn't mind at all, still busy 'upvoting', found 2nd part of the River series to be helpful and i will certainly revisit the impressive slides, delayed going to bed tonight sleep as I was still too buzzy chatting on 7 Cups, we might all be here for various reasons but I was greatful for the conversation and banter, I did get a solid 5.5 hrs sleep afterwards 👍👍👍👍
I'm greatful to cups, added to my sense of purpose and easing feelings of loneliness. Pleased a listener has confirmed she is available this afternoon for what will be our 3rd chat, friendly, professional and been extremely beneficial.

I know it's not always going to be possible but I've switched my activities around and instead of doing the obligatory but unsatisfying tasks first, I'm doing what makes me happy and it's made me lighter :)
