1. How has 7 Cups inspired you?
It has shown me how to be a more understanding person. Sometimes its easy to get wrapped up in your own little bubble and your own problems, but 7 Cups has shown me that other people in the world have problems too and that the end of the day we all need someone to listen.
2. If you are new, what inspired you to join 7 Cups?
I was drawn to the idea of helping people. Of being able to truly listen to someone and get to know them and better understand them completely judgement free.

🤩 How has 7 Cups inspired you?
7 cups has made me realise that it's okay to ask for support, it's okay to be hurting and healing and helping others at the same time, it's okay to not be okay and take One day at a time. The power of active listening and just being there for someone is incredible and together we are all so much stronger .❤
🥳 If you are new, what inspired you to join 7 Cups
I am 6 -7 months old on 7 cups , and the sole reason which inspired me to join 7 cups was to be there for someone and help make them feel better ❤
@Tazzie
Cups has inspired me in serveral ways:
When I came, as a Member, somone listened to me and inspired my to be a Listener.
When I went into chatrooms, others supported me and inspired me to support others in return.
When I became a Listener, Mentors and Leaders shared their knowledge with me and inspired me to look for ways to help the Community grow.
I am extremely thankful that 7 Cups is here and there are so many kind, giving, compassionate people here <3

🤩 How has 7 Cups inspired you?
I'm trying to approach challenges more rationally, have more patience and acceptance.
I'm trying to be an active listener outside of 7cups.
🥳 If you are new, what inspired you to join 7 Cups?
I'm still pretty new, and it was a total coincidence, but I'm glad I ended up here!
1. How has 7cups Inspired you?
When I became a member I was welcomed with so much love and understanding when I shared my problems. In my wildest dream I never imagined what people would go through in the r personal lives, sometimes we see people happy and laughing but deep inside they harbor depressing issues. 7 cups inspired me to be more understanding and sympathetic towards everyone. We are all fighting battles only the inner us understand and when we get the courage to share with people who barely know us that some step towards healing every bit of us that is hurting or in turmoil. We all need someone in the life to hold us down doesn't matter the relationship.
2. If you are new, what Inspired you to join 7cups?
Been a Listener for a few years and I can say I joined to be a Listener because I felt I can help someone smile through their worries just by Listening. I wanted to be the reason someone says she listened to me or helped me get over 1 or 2 issues, to make a change in someone's life however small the impact.
🤩 How has 7 Cups inspired you?
7 cups has inspired me to want to be better for myself and ask for help when I need it. it also inspires me to care more :)

7 cups inspired me to become a better person towards everyone and that is an amazing part of your own growth.
2. If you are new, what Inspired you to join 7cups?
I'm not new here, I have been here for a few years, and if I can make a small change in someone's life to make them feel better, the happiness I get is on another level I can't describe.
@Tazzie
1. No words can describe the way this platform has inspired me. The best part I like in here is , I get to have a fresh day giving me fresh teachings and fresh experiences.
New challenges almost everyday. Enjoying that part.
2. Not new..been here for almost a year.
I think listening and trying to understand others is the most important and empowering thing. Especially now, because even tho everyone's dealing with their own things right now, theyre still willing to help others get through what's burdening them. I feel like everyone needs someone to have there that they know will listen and understand and not judge them for anything. That's what I hope to become for others. Someone theyll be able to trust.
1. How has 7 Cups inspired you?
It has shown me how to be a good listener, something people always said in my mental health support group. But I want to improve, so I found a mentor and I'm taking all the trainings.
2. If you are new, what inspired you to join 7 Cups?
I'm a medicine student that plans on doing psychiatry. I also studied psychology for two years. I have done the psychological first aid course by John Hopkins and DBT course with certificate by udemy. I also have in my country a mental health support group, so it was only natural to branch out and help more people, even though I have a very tight schedule.
@AnnaMedicineStudent what country are you in?
