🥳 If you could capture any one pleasant 7 Cups experience into a photograph, what would the picture look like?

@Tazzie

There was a day @Caringbrit did a DJ music therapy room for a sweet member that had her Birthday. She was so upset nobody in her outside life cared about her birthday, and we all made sure to make it the best we could. The community coming together like that won't be something I forget soon. High warmth, high expectations 💖

Aww, there are so many different experiences, and I would say that in one picture it might look like:

A really decorative house with a cactus, party supplies, and some really amazing sandwitches on the kitchen table with of course, our wonderful @cocoakrispies121 :) In the picture, I would imagine that it was in the living room, and ahh, we can't forget the cake and cookies too, along with several awesome listeners and members talking together and supporting each other. Perhaps everyone would be sitting in a circle and talking and laughing together. We would be conversing, writing articles together, planning events together, and getting to know each other better. However, the key thing about the whole process is that we are all wearing masks, going back to the idea that we are all anonymous to each other. The picture might be filled with warmth and also several other emotions mixed into it; both deep and fun at the same time; some people may be breaking down while others are supporting them; some people may be reserved while watching/observing everything; some people may be working together in the background to set everything up while chatting and enjoying their time with each other. The door would be open with people trailing in, showing how everyone is welcomed, and in general, it would be a very amazing experience and picture that is more of a representation of everything rather than the actual experience :)

** Side note, I don't believe this is quite what the question meant, but it was fun writing and imagining it!

If you could capture any one pleasant 7 Cups experience into a photograph, what would the picture look like? Well the picture would something like a tea cup and within it memories and thoughts filled within of all the times I spend on 7 cups. I guess and the picture would radiant the room with its lifelike picture ness. ;)

The picture would be an animated GIF file

of a "smiley-face typing at a pc keyboard".. it's fingers tapping away.

I actually have that GIF somewhere.

I would be the "smiley face", having just written and posted the most outrageously funny unofficial-award-winning thread.

I wrote the hilarious thread one evening to explain how I fixed my problem of sitting too long by doing certain moves.

I made fun of myself and the moves as part of the narrative. And I then got on a theme that just kept growing funnier and funnier.

I started laughing so much from each new funny line I wrote that I was crying from laughing by the time I was done.

I proposed at the end of the thread that I deserved a shiny new special badge be created for me fixing my problem of sitting to long and using a certain word many many times.

And low and behold, SparkyGizmo jumped right on the opportunity and awarded me with an unofficial honorary shiny new badge that he named most appropriated (per my blatant suggestion).

I have yet to laugh so much at one time since.

I liked the thread so much I posted similar threads in other sub-forums because the topic can help many people by getting motivated to move to feel better like I did.

The post was truly an honest yet very funny story about how I solved my troublesome excessive sitting problem.

However, I had a hunch I was somewhat pushing the 7cups guideline limits that night.

Although I honestly didn't think I was breaking any rules in reality. But I suspected the posts might raise a few check-box-ticker's eyebrows here.

Then sure enough, as I expected, the next day my account was restricted so I couldn't post any threads.

I must have "tripped quite a few circuit breakers" here that night. But I didn't care. I really really needed a break from here that night.

No big deal. I figured that might happen. So I just stayed away for a few weeks. And when I came back, my thread-posting ability had been restored.

The whole thing was so funny. I smile now just thinking about it all. Thanks again @SparkyGizmo for your perfect timing that night!

Another picture I would say is of me as Austin Powers with my little finger by my mouth smiling as if I had won.

Why? Because I had just written my first ever JavaScript code that could monitor a website and make a noise when an event happened. I made JavaScript code so whenever a Member got on the General Request List for a particular topic, the code would make a special beep.

I wrote the code because I was soooooooo frustrated waiting for a Member to select the "Getting Unstuck" topic.

I was wasting so much time watching the list that I figured there must me a way to automate that.

Sure enough, I was able to figure out how to do it.

I was so happy the first time my PC beeped a special sound indicating that a Member got on the General Request List for "Getting Unstuck". I had done it.

Finally I didn't have to look at the General Request List anymore. The list would automatically alert me. I could do other things instead of staring at the list waiting for someone who wanted a Listener for the only topic I felt comfortable to chat about: "Getting Unstuck". Eureka! Yay!

Yet another picture would be me on Cloud 9.

I was having so much fun when the Answerathon was just announced.

I never knew about the Needs Reply List up til then.

Then I saw the Answerathon announcement and thought I'd be good at it, so I gave it a go.

It turns out I was much better than I thought I would be at answering the Needs Reply topics.

I was surprised I didn't win. I made a lot of replies, especially in the first few days. I think that's why they ran out of threads to reply to so they ended the contest early.

I made some really good replies too. I was very happy about all that.

I like replying to the Needs Reply List much better than chatting. I can pick topics I know about, even if someone already replied. I can still help the Member even more by adding my reply as another option to think about.

So the picture is me on Cloud 9 happy about all that.

Another picture would be of "The Thinker" statue.

It would be me, at home, near my PC, pondering "What reply should give to a Check-In question?".

I really like some of the questions the forum mods ask.

It often gives me a chance to tell about things that I've never talked about but always wanted to.

And the forum mods are always so supportive.

It's a very nice feature of 7Cups.

@7motivation I like to ask Why are you here?

The Sun and Moon will always rise and set and the ocean tides constantly changing. Always there never miss a say and never still. So again, why are you here? is good to ask every year. First time at 7 cups it was to not cut cord.. now its to change the world.. Next year iI will ask again and almost live asking it daily... #cheers "#nevergiveuo

Why are you here?

@6DegreesForward

Why ask why? I say... Just be yourself... 4 me it's...

Be a happy "smiley-face typing at a pc keyboard".. tapping away... writing a hilarious thread.

Be "The Thinker" and ponder what to reply to forum Check-In questions.

Be Austin Powers and find fun reasons here to point your pinky at your smiling lips.

Be on Cloud 9 writing answers to Needs-Reply threads for the Answerathon.

Share lots and lots and lots of fun threads on Healthy Living for feeling better.

You can do whatever you feel like here. Make it your own.

Just follow the rules and avoid the drama triangle.
