Welcome to Day 2 of the "Empowering our Community" Event.
It is said, leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could. It is true as good leaders don’t use the skills presented by people, but they empower them to learn and grow more skills that they might not have thought about. A good leader should have integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, vision, positivity, etc. but most importantly, they should have the ability to empower the people they are leading. Empower them with knowledge, positive affirmations, respect, power, control, and feedback.

Leading by empowering is not just a good concept; but an essential one to have a high-performing, happy, and healthy community. To empower our community, we need to listen, acknowledge, and value them.
Empowerment is an act that requires a lot of patience, focus, and determination. To empower ourselves, our team, or our community, we need to make sure that we do not let anyone stand-alone, but make them a part of our family and empower them as well.

Day after day, countless people across the globe get on a scale in search of validation of beauty and social acceptance.Get off the scale! I have yet to see a scale that can tell you how enchanting your eyes are. I have yet to see a scale that can show you how wonderful your hair looks when the sun shines its glorious rays on it. I have yet to see a scale that can thank you for your compassion, sense of humor, and contagious smile. Get off the scale because I have yet to see one that can admire you for your perseverance when challenged in life.It’s true, the scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your relationship with gravity. That’s it. It cannot measure beauty, talent, purpose, life force, possibility, strength, or love. Don’t give the scale more power than it has earned. Take note of the number, then get off the scale and live your life. You are beautiful!

You as an individual have the right to decide when you want to graduate when you want to start working when you want to excel in your career when you want to get married when you want to have children when you want to divorce and start your life afresh or when you don't want any of it in your life. It is completely okay! ❤ Anyone telling you otherwise does not have any rights over you or your life. Never let others decide things for you, take charge of your life yourself. Please don't be a people pleaser because they can never be satisfied. Live your life the way you want to. Empower yourself in the best of manners. Avoid pressurizing yourself for what people have to say instead be gentle with yourself. And always remember that you too deserve love, care, respect, appreciation, success, a peaceful life, and everything else that you so freely give to others. 💜💞

For my empowerment message, I wanted to share one quote that I love. "No one is you and that is your power." You are all so unique and that's an amazing thing. I never want you to forget how special and how important you are. You are beautiful, powerful, strong, brave, tough, kind, and so so so much more. I can't express how wonderful you are in words. I always want you to remember the quote I shared at the beginning of this because it is so true. No one can be a better you than you are and that right there is your superpower. <3

Your experiences are that of a journey. You learn a lot - you learn to fight, you learn to spread smiles, you learn to take falls and you learn to get back up. L is a luxury, I is intelligence, S is for serenity, T is for terrific, E is for exciting, N is for never-ending, E is for enigma, R is for revelation. You do possess these things in some way. But do you know? There is not one set criteria to define these notions. Stay well! Let the light into the dark. ❤️
