Perfection

I believe striving for perfection isn't healthy. You could almost consider it a sin, for it is a state of stagnation that prevents growth.

The universe was in a state of perfection before it began. If nothing changed, nothing would exist. Therefore, the mode of living in light and truth is progressive adaptation. Radically accept yourself for who you are and aim to improve in time.

@cyanessence Love the use of word “radically” here, adds that extra layer of comfort to this context.

And so true, progress over perfection always! 🌞

@cyanessence yes, we are all imperfectly perfect and it's our flaws that make us unique and keep us growing and grounded 💜🥰

Is a good perspective, but always I said, dependes on how your understanding of perfection and how do you approach it. For example, for me perfection is trying to achieve everything I do, think, live, eat and drink in the healthiest and most correct way, in simple terms, the intention of the act and do things in the best way possible for your habilities.

@Franse

Your open my eyes, for I now realise there are perfect things that are good. It's not necessarily a sin.

I'm glad to hear that. I share my humble perspective. But is not mine anyways. Try to live on the true side, even if it is difficult, always try to be honest with your self and with others, no matter how uncomfortable is for you, dont lie, don't fool your self, to others. That idea bring me to this perspective. And thank you for give me the opportunity to share it. Have a nice and beautiful day man, may peace and blessings be with you.

@Franse

Sometimes the only way I can learn is to throw something out there and hope someone philosophically minded will engage me and offer healthy criticism. I'm very willing to be wrong, I learn so much from mistakes. Thanks for sharing your insight.

The only real mistake is when we ignore the truth. Otherwise, what you're talking about is learning with humility. You're wise, my friend. Keep it up.

@Tinywhisper11

There is endless beauty in the world. I can't believe I didn't see it before. I'm starting to think that the darkness we experience is just an illusion and there is only light. It's just the contrast that provides meaning.

You've been on the edge of my circle, and it feels I just miss you. Like you leave just as I arrive. But from what I read you are a true soul. Never stop being your wonderful self, you're really making a difference. You make a difference in me.
