Circling Back! 💖

You know what I find so beautiful?🥰

So many of us feel like we don’t really like ourselves or we’re not enough, but then we end up building these deep connections around the very things that make us who we are.

We make friends who remind us of ourselves, we fall in love with people who share our little quirks and passions, and we feel close to the ones who see the world like we do. How we are drawn to those who feel strangely familiar to us, because maybe? somewhere… they are. 

It makes me think that deep down, even when our minds are full of doubt, our hearts know there’s something worth loving in us. The way we admire someone’s kindness or sense of humour or creativity or the way they see the world often means we’re seeing a reflection of that same beauty inside ourselves whether it’s already there or something we’re longing to grow into, even if we can’t see it clearly yet or willing to accept. 

 I just think that’s so soft and comforting… that even when we struggle to love ourselves directly and loudly, love has this gentle way of finding us, circling back to us and showing us that we’re worthy all along. 

“Takes one to know one”~ maaaaaybeee, because my hope is that sooner or later, good people meet good people who remind them they are worthy of loving and being loved! 💖

Till we can “find” a good person, maybeeee, we can try becoming *that* “good person” to ourselves and those around us, first! The chain starts somewhere, eh? Why wait for someone else to begin loving you first. 🥰
