Healthy way to let go my worries is to accept them, rationalize them and let go:)

aww, oh my goodness, thank you. 🥺

1) i’m ok physically. mentally, i’m at the tail end of a depressive phase, so now i’m exited to start feeling myself again after being in a funk the last few weeks.

2) being goofy with a loved one 🥰

3) honestly, just trying to get through it and keep up with symptom tracking until i can be seen by a doctor and get a treatment plan.

4) at the moment, jotting them down and revisiting it when i have the capacity to worry about it in a functional way.

5) i ate a nutritionally balanced meal for dinner so that was cool! 👍

thanks for checking in~

@last2braincells Thank you for checking in! I am so proud of you for trying your best to stay positive even when you have been in a funk the past few weeks. That is the good thing about it-- it does not last. I am happy you are excited. I wish you all the happiness because you deserve it! ♡ Yayyy for you for eating healthy. What did you eat? Care to share? Lol. I'm hungry. ♡

yes, fortunately! the most reliable thing about any funk is that it won’t last (:

and of course, it was like a club sandwich but in a spinach wrap! a reliably classic flavor with some extra veg. 😋 i hope you have something yummy too~

haha aww, i’m glad (: fortunately/unfortunately i think it comes from a place of experience 😅 if you’ve managed to make it through enough storms, you don’t fear the rain as much, i think.

have a great one~

Heya, thanks for the check-in post (:

1. Feeling pretty overwhelmed with changes, future worries, exams. Feeling angry at being misunderstood. Physically feeling okay, just a bit restless.

2. Joking and being sarcastic with my therapist!

3. By validating my thoughts and feelings, while accepting things are tough. I am not working overly hard, but equally trying not to procrastinate.

4. By practicing mindfulness and taking one thing at a time.

5. One activity to help me recharge myself will be to draw later.
