Thanks for liking my comments; needed to come back to this forum and receive a good thought to believe in to boost me a bit.

I've been through too much and am not wanting to carry on for decades now so I appreciate that people out there are still trying to help me in this often dark and challenging place.

Today I got 'I may not understand the good in this situation but it is there.'.

I know I need to work on loving myself a lot more than I do, so thanks for giving little stars to guide me home.

Feel embarrassed that I can't just do it myself. :(
