He is always ready to make improvements whenever necessary whereas I believe he is just the best. I wish him all the best things in life. Cheers & God bless !!! Stay the same & never stop believing in yourself."
@VictoriaF002- "You have really helped me through some stuff recently and helped me clear my head. You're amazing!"
@lyricalAngel70- "Angel is such a great soul with a compassionate heart.. She is extremely careful about what she says. She helped me the most when I didn't know what to do and where to go. I get anxious each time I face the crowd but she let me know all the important and useful techniques to overcome my anxiety. Now, I can at least control it in public which was nearly impossible for me at the beginning. She kept following up with me weekly and monthly as per my progress. I never ever thought I would be able to overcome my fears and face challenges of my life but I did it and I am so proud of myself.. I am glad that I came across 7 Cups and Angel. There was a time I lost all my hopes. I never believed in myself but God bestowed upon me such a decent person like her in my life. I can't thank her enough. I wish her all the best. ❤"
@anotherfrenchtoastmafiaa-"your help has done wonders for us and i truly wish you the best in everything in life"

@Kurt789-"Thank you for silently supporting me when I was going through a hard time. You didn't post much but it helps to know that there is someone out there reading my updates and rooting for me to get better. Sometimes I wish we could talk more but if that makes you uncomfortable, I'm just appreciative of the support you've been providing me so far.
I know you've had your own struggles in life. I don't know much about your story but I know enough to understand that you are incredibly brave and strong to still be here today. I hope you continue to make progress with your own recovery and you get to a point where you are no longer haunted by your past. <3"
@TintedInker-"You have been dealing with a lot of stress health related wise. Your openness has not gone unnoticed by those in the anxiety support forum. I wish you all the best as you move forward in this journey. Here's to good news after you complete those tests!"
@Human4Human-"Thank you for talking me through some of my lowest moments. Thank you for showing me patience when I repeated topics we've discussed before, for sharing wisdom when I felt like my situation was hopeless, and for expressing extra kindness/concern when I was lacking it elsewhere. I appreciate your quick responses so you're there when I need someone. I'm grateful of your dedication to helping others on this site. I'm in awe of your intuition when you listen to others. You can tell when I'm on the cusp of an epiphany and coax me to keep going. You know when to offer advice or show me a new perspective when my way of thinking is detrimental to my recovery. And you always know when to talk about something else when I need a distraction from my troubles. Thank you for checking in on me as often as I reach out to you. It makes me feel valued instead of a burden. You have done more for me than you could possibly imagine. I'm so incredibly thankful for the support you've given me."
@PoliteOcean-"Thank you for helping me transform into a healthy and happier me on the Healthy Living Support Group. Reading your posts inspire me to go out and make more changes to my current lifestyle and your reassuring messages encourage me to stick to something when I feel discouraged from slow results. Thank you for being you!"
@Tazzie
Oh wow! What an amazing message. Thank you SOOO Much Tazzie! I very much appreciate your kind words! I am truly honored as well as humbled by them!
@Tazzie
Sory for not being here much lately. I do work at home now and I am one who worked years home alone and don't really like it. It takes more of my time than going to the office. And I miss people.
"Thank you" and "attaboys" go a long way with me. And I thank you. I did see your messages and reached out. Like everyone here, I am concerned when I hear despair. I have felt it and admittedly, I feel it now. The adrenaline rush is difficult to keep at bay.
But you sound so much better. I hope you are. I will try and login more. Right now, it's for me too. As I have said many times here, when I help you, I am helped. I have had many tragedies in my life, violence. I have seen and felt poverty. If we believe in a hereafter, it can be here, after, on earth too. And there are so many in a worse situation then me.
I have been checking my wiife's temperature regularly since she complains of headaches. But I think it is mostly the stress. She is from China. She has lived in a revolution, and seen real famine and people slowly die from it. They ate corn only for so many years, she often will not eat it, but sometimes, she misses it. Corn saved her. I admire her courage so much. She gives me strength in ways she does not know.
That's what's in my life now. And I do hope you post more. Good for us. Good for you. I will try too.

@amiablePeace77-"Thank you for your mindfulness posts that show me how to be a calmer, more mindful person. I struggle to remain in the present and reading your posts help me sooooo much. I appreciate what you do for the community"
@Tazzie thank you for this shout out! You all have helped save me too. We help one another and I'm not sure it gets much better than that :D. Thank you again for your kind words!
