"I was reading through some of the forums and I saw a piece where a member was angry because of the quality of listening and moderation in group support. EtaAlpha very kindly offered to listen to this member and notwithstanding that continued to reiterate the point in reply to the member's frustrations. In essence, she stuck by them and didn't just talk the talk but evidenced that she walks the walk as well. I invite everyone to read the IHATETHISPLACE forum thread in the member section. There are a lot of generic shout outs given for friends around here, which is fine and all. EtaAlpha is not a friend of mine but is deserving of a shout out every bit as much and more. She's amazing."
