@QuickJazz Just a little but I am verygood in pronouncing it and singing Japanese songs. But Hiragana and Katakana haha I can't read that yet. Maybe I would attempt it in the future.
@Flourish, nice!! Amazing that you can pronounce it despite only knowingalittle - jealous.I am far too harsh on myselfabout precision and not being able to pronounce things well.
I'm learning Spanish soon too! Already fussing about how I do not know howto properly produce the sounds. However, Spanish and Japanese have similar sounds, so I'm hoping that'll be an advantage for me in streghtening both.
@QuickJazz...Yeah I think it is fun, it didn't come of hard to me which I found strange in some way. With time it would work out for you as well, I believe. Try singing little songs. It is easier to follow the pronunciation with a tune than on its own, in my perspective. Spanish is nice too :D All the best on both!

A few people would ask, "Do you have a Japanese boyfriend?" (I was shocked when my male teacher randomly asked me this!! Ha ha) and when I'daskwhy they asked, they'd say, "Because I wondered why is your Japanese so kirei." Ha ha, nice! Achievedwithout a Japanese boyfriend or any close Japanese friends, etc, muahaha.
Ha ha, and I don't even speak good Japanese, but my teachers say that if my confidence improves, my Japanese will get better, and they think I will be good because I "sound good" already. But, on the flip side, some people really cannot understand me at all because my intonation is so off. My friends would constantly correct the way I said things, but they'd never do this foranybody else! It made me feel really down, but nowadays I try to look at it positively. Ha ha
Sorry to rant at you though, Maui! I am sure your Japanese is beautiful and you probably speak it a lot better than I do too!! Ha ha
