There's a lot in life to be excited for, whether small or large, from going to a football game, to dinner on a Friday night or even just tomorrow being the weekend

I am looking forward to my vacation of Uni starting and getting to go back to my parent's after a long long time.

Such a vacation and trip back home to your parents will be very welcome it sounds! It must be wonderful to be able to see them again and have a break, knowing how stressful and big uni life can be :P hopefully it goes well!

🌺What are you looking forward to? .....Thats the beauty of "MAY" is that the warmer weather is back, the sun is shining, it feels like Summer already, and theres SOOO much to look forwards to~ (Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Summer official start day, Vacations, Get-aways, Travel, The Beach, Family time, and Summer Holidays~ etc...)

Thank you for asking, Unfortunately, the hope was futile and the reconnection didn't happen. So I feel even more idiotic and empty and helpless. You can't make someone love you, I guess, but I don't know why then people you with you.
so, now I am not really looking forward to anything, no baby steps or such, just a bottle of booze in the fridge and hopefully oblivion.
sorry to be such a Debbie Downer. Sometimes you have to admit that no matter how hard you try, it takes two to tango.
@mybu Thankyou for the update :) I'm sorry to hear your hope for it was not lived up to, having had the reconnection not work out. It's okay to feel all that you do after having it not go well, you seemed quite hopeful for it todo so :( it's true you cannot make someone love you, that's never easy, nor nice to recover from. Right now it doesn't appear you have too much to be excited for but I hope at least the beer was soothing
Please take care of yourself. It's okay to be dissappointed and down, but I hope for you life has much more to offer soon still

I’m looking forward to my one-year anniversary with my boyfriend next week! It brings me so much joy to think about how he’s my one and only 🥰 and that we’re going to celebrate our love together ♥️

Our anniversary did pass, and it was absolutely lovely. We went to a beautiful, queer-friendly town to have brunch, then we explored lots of bookstores because those are my absolute favorite. Oh, and we played Pokémon Go throughout it because along with being bookworms, we’re gamer geeks, too, hehe! :p It was such a wonderful day. ♥️
