@ASilentObserver I think too much when I'm alone. I hate thinking. I'm stuck in my brain and that's never a good thing for me. These thoughts swirl around my head. What did you do wrong today? What do you have to do? Why are you like this? Do they even care? Who are you? Why do you experience such strong and negative and unwanted emotions? Were you cursed or were you just an error? Anxiety builds up when I'm alone with my thoughts. I begin to hyperventilate. What if you didn't exist? Who would be here to live your life? How would you see things if you didn't exist? Then I tell my thoughts to shut up but they won't listen. My thoughts never stop and when I go to sleep I wake to the memory of darkness. I hardly dream but when I do dream it's a relief from reality. A relief from high expectations and disappointment and everything.

I am almost always alone. I have a lot of conversations in my head with people from the past. The conversations are alteres and have different endings. I play facebook kids' games (I'm 50). I don't like the shooting games, I'd rather be a farmer. LOL I do my physical therapy activities; and I overdrink diet Dr. Peppper.

When I am alone, one of the things I enjoy doing is cooking ... always cheers me up.

Or doing chores to my favourite music.

I like playing https://slotstory.com/slot-catalog/blood-suckers/.

Creativity does lead to health benefits, and video games certainly develop creativity. This applies to all types of games.

Lets start with the military and shooting games. You need to get through the missions, figure out where to go, and learn all about the different weapons. You sometimes need to figure out creative ways to beat the bad guys, especially on the harder levels.

With sports games, you sometimes need to get to a level a little differently to normal. Or you will come up with new tricks on the snowboard or skateboard.

And then there are the creation games like Minecraft and the Sims. You get to create families, build houses, and create worlds. Youll soon develop universes and create characters that had never existed before. You get to tell a story through the games, which develops with each round that you play.

Turn music on and use a hair brush as a microphone and dance around like a crazy person! Makes you feel good and give you energy!
