What has been the most helpful?
Hello Grief and Loss Community. I hope everyone is doing well as we begin the weekend. Personally, I am freezing since it went from shorts weather directly to thick sweater weather without any gradual transition.
If you feel like sharing, what has been, or continues to be, the most helpful way for you to deal with your grief? We all have a great deal of wisdom and insight that could really help one another.
I am looking forward to reading everything anyone feels like sharing.
Peace be with you.

Haha yes the time is timingggg like anything, no time to make sense of the weather either xD its starting to get a little cold for me too but I love the sweater weather!🥰
About the best way to deal with grief? There's no one-"best" way and there's no "dealing" I feel hehe, just a whole lot of feeling emotions and letting them pass through, remaining for time to do its thing and allowing oneself to keep on going and growing.

Offering hugs to anyone needing some.🤗💛

I love this graphic sun! Another one that has a simular concept is the button one

One thing that has helped me is to be around others that have gone through it. I have found great healing with running kids peer to peer support grief groups
@CaringEzra, it is excellent to have a community of peers who understand. It creates a safe space. I am happy that you found a great way to heal. I'm glad you have that. Kid's definetly are a population that do not have enough grief support at a lot of place. That's great that you provide that for them. I love doing peer work.
Peace be with you.
