Taking care of people who are grieving

Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Grief is a topic humans can’t avoid, whether we or a close person is bound to experience some form of grief.

How can we support someone when they are grieving?

@Hope

I think just allowing people a space to *be* and feel as they do is more than enough helpful. Presence matters. 💛

I totally agree with 🌞 about giving them a space "to be". Sure, we want to show support by being there for the grieving person but sometimes they need space. What we can do is be available to them when they are ready and emotionally/mentally ready to let us in and share. Everyone has their own way of grieving and it is different for us all... so allowing them to be themselves during all this is another way if supporting. ♡ Sending hugs to everyone out here who is grieving the loss of a loved one or a pet.
