Grandma's on Hospice 😭❤
My grandma is now on hospice 💔💔💔💔💔
Back in September right before my birthday she had fallen and broken her hip and wrist as well as fractured her face ❤❤
She's 86 doc had said she was to fragile for surgery on any of her injuries so she wasn't able to heal that her body needed too
.
She's been in memory care place for the last 10 months declining rather quickly with dementia 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Definitely been a very long few months as shes approached hospice so thankful to have had no last holiday season with her . I went to see her a few days before Christmas she was on a good mood considering what she's been through
End of life process is never easy to go through and very sad about her going. She's loved and special and knows she'll be in no pain and suffering soon once she let's go ❤❤❤❤💔💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Saw her today and she was very very tired and sleepy and fell asleep on me ❤❤❤❤❤😭😭😭😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤
Nice to have sat with her and talking with her giving her comfort

I am so glad Grandma has beautiful people around her who love her, make her feel special and loved, and want to spend time with her. How precious this is that she fell asleep on you. She must have felt so safe and at peace. I will say a special prayer for you, her, and the family. Please make the most of these sweet, priceless moments like this so she can live her days out knowing that when her time has come that she can be at peace. Only God knows the exact time she has left. Grandma's still holding on and she's been sleeping Alot these last few days she did have a good day a few days ago and I got to spend some time with her and visit and talk about things ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤❤
She actually ate for me while I was there but enough to enjoy it she's declining since that day ❤❤❤😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏

Grandma passed away yesterday morning 1-26-2024
Shs passed peaceful in her sleep surrounded by loving people in her house at the assisted living place ( her house family) 💗💗💗💗
So thankful that she's at ease and peace now not suffering anymore
She'll be missed so much !!!
Whatever she is right now I hope she's doing ok and is at ease and peacefully enjoying her freedom of pain 💗💗💗💗💗💗

Grandma *Dorthy Jean* passed away January 26th peacefully in her sleep after a long while in comfort care/hospice she finally made her way to heaven 💗💗💗
She's loved by so many and will be missed and will always be in all hearts of all of us ! Much love my way! 💗💗💗💗💗

The first year is usually the hardest after you lose someone you love. I’m so sorry about your Grandma. I know she’s up in heaven looking down on you.
