I think of my Grandma from time to time.. sometimes it's of the memories I have with her, other times, I think of how happy she may be to have reunited with Grandpa after being apart for 39 years..

What I hear the most is people asking me if I had a very close relationship with the deceased and I don't like it when I have to explain it every time that closeness has nothing to do with how much grief we have or how deep/long we grieve for.

@Jaeteuk

hey lovely jaeeee, thanks being here,

you bring such a good point up, and I think thats a very common misconception that people have. Its not fun to be asked that while you are grieving, its very invalidating, but your grief is vaild. grief is not measured or judged by someones else perceived closeness, grief is very personal. I can tell how much your grandma ment to you,

here for you, I hope you have a good week <3
