I lost someone very important
I lost my mum a few years ago. out. Losing the person I was closest to was the hardest thing I've dealt with. , I still can't look at certain things she liked without getting upset.
And worse still, I realised I am trans afterwards, so I never got to ask her about any of this, or more importantly to try and be her daughter. It's left me with a big gaping hole. I keep thinking about having a mother figure, about thoughts of doing mum/daughter things together, etc..
Hopee nobody minds, I just wanted to get that of my chest.

I'm glad you could share.
And feel comfortable doing so.
One day I hope you can be your true self with someone 💖
I'm sorry for your loss 💜

I am glad you reached out to the community for support. Losing a mom who is also a best friend is painful. I lost my mom/best friend last Spring. I can't possibly understand everything you are going through, but I hear you. If you ever need to talk, reach out. The community is here for you.
Peace be with you.
It is difficult to lose a loved one. I think special connections with loved ones tend to live on.
It will be hard the first few steps but if you want to reach out to others like friends etc and make arrangements to go out, visit the places you went with mom. Pretend she's watching over you and seeing you and remember her this way. Never think about what you lost but be thankful and blessed for all that had with her.🙂
The best way to cherish someone is by valuing the good things they taught and overlooking their weaknesses.
Hugs💕

I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing a parent is such a difficult time in life especially when they have been such a constant for so long.
Though there are things you never got to tell her, I hope you still have lots of fond memories to hold on to and re-live. Are there any memories you were particularly fond of? I would love to hear more about her.
My door is always open if you would like to talk more. Till then, take care <3
