This week’s question of the week is “What gets you through your grief on the toughest days?”

What gets me through grief on my darkest days is having a good cry to let it all out and praying to God. Sometimes I go visit my loved ones' obituary and then write a letter to them to also help me get through the temporary emotions I have been feeling that day. I find it helps me sometime and it also helps me feel less guilty on the days I don't cry. ♡

@YourCaringConfidant

Thank you for sharing!  All of these things can be so helpful on the tough days.  I too often write letters to my loved one.  I don’t cry very often anymore, but I think it’s such a valuable part of the healing process.
