@acinonyx - this person is "just" a listener rather than a group mod, but i really want to acknowledge what a wonderful job they've done. they were empathetic, kind, and very supportive, all without being condescending. although they didn't have much experience with what i was talking about, they were always respectful and their questions were appropriate. i really felt heard when i shared, and i noticed they took care to include others who were in the chatroom at the time as well. i hope acinonyx goes on to consider becoming a group mod because i feel they will do an excellent job!

@poeticguy - He went out of his way to find a listener for me after he found out about my previous bad experiences with other 2 listeners you need more like him

@alwayssmile0 -she is always active and always saying kind words to everyone. She says welcome to everyone and i find that important. She is always lending support and help. Thanks smile

@Lynnie & @scarlet25-Man, Scarlet is great! She was so helpful, and was able to help like, 5 people at once. I've only seen dedication like that one other time on my time here on 7 Cups (Lynnie) and I love having Scarlet as a mod!

@Helenhopes -Helen was simply amazing. We had a very challenging incident in the room, and Helen was a godsend. She managed several trolls at once, while never missing a beat in greeting joining members, and also offering support... And the room was BUSY!!!! I am so very impressed by her. She made the room feel like a safe place again, and I personally felt very supported by her. She was like four mods at once. I was very triggered and she made me feel safe in the room again. I wish u could clone her, she was that exceptional.

@Noah88 - I think Noah is a great mod. He made sure to include everyone and helped each new member out, constantly providing links and giving helpful info and answers. He's a rare moderator. And because people usually concentrate on the negative using this form I wanted to highlight his positive. Make sure he stays ;D

@HelenHopes-HelenHopes was amazing last night in the Anxiety support chat. She dealt with 3 disrespectful members, while still offering support and welcoming members into the room. Simply amazing!

@HelenHopes-HelenHopes is always so poised and empathetic. She is also firm when she needs to be.

@pm229-pm229 is highly supportive and friendly.

@Lynnie -This moderator was one of the best I've ever met on 7 cups :)

@vigneshwaitingtohelpyou-he was simply amazing ! he kept the chat going smoothly and ensured that no one felt left out ! he helped the newcomers to easily join into the conversation with ease and also ensured that people who came in seeking help were directed to the proper resources ...1000 stars for him !

@sweetblueberry19-They seem like the type of person to always be there for someone and they take time out of their day to help someone they don't even know out which is really amazing.

@Jaelin -Does a wonderful job moderating the depression support chat every Thursday. Asks interesting questions as ice breakers and about how we all experience our depressions that make chatting a lot easier. Responds in the chat as well as the forum with a lot of support, understanding, and empathy.

@blitheSun94 -Did a very great job asking questions during the chat. Took the time to respond to myself and other members about what we had shared in the chat.

@Params - Params was kind and supportive, he allowed us to vent in a way that we all had a chance to talk and get support and was very attentive helping people find a good listener for them (and answering questions about the site) and even making sure the other rooms were attended when someone metioned an issue with another room.

@Majesticsummer92-Really great!

@Bexicle-Great moderator and listener. Lead the discussion well and showed interest in what everyone was saying.

@JustOlivia - Olivia is respectful, straightfoward, and adamant as a moderator. She keeps the room safe. Overall, I smile when Olivia comes in. She is very professional.

@Zoff -He was really sweet and helpful! He welcomed everyone (literally) and made me feel, somehow safe. Thank you Zoff

@Becs -Handled a difficult situation with a member well, felt safe in their presence

@Bexicle -I'm really enjoying the guided discussions. I have seen some slight tweaks to them over time, that has lead to big improvements in my opinion. I really appreciate the effort Bexicle has put in tweaking these, instead of just repeating them word for word when the topic is the same.

@iListenIdontJudgeIcare -This moderator is always helpful and supportive. Is always open to understanding others' problems and respecting their opinions and valuing them as a person. James is generally just a lovely lovely person, and simply a great listener. Keep doing a good job.

@Resisti -Awesome listener and always willing to help others feel better.shes like the bff that you never had.

@OrunLeon -Always professional yet remains friendly. Hes an awesome listener and I look up to him. Funny, awesome, sweet, caring :P always refers at the righht times.

@hiddenGrace -The room was very chaotic, some people were trolling and being very inappropriate and she brought order to the room. It took awhile but she turned the room around to a place of love and support. I am so happy she is a mod. We could use more like her.

@littlepony -I love this person. I love you whoever is reading this, also.

@Ellseaa -Really good moderator everyone looks up to her and listens and she solves problems from the off, really good at leading discussions and she even listened to me 1 on 1 when i had to leave the group chat because I found it too difficult. Thanks I really like her

@EmmaGrace -she allows people to feel comfortable and also explains to people about the rules but remains funn and welcoming

@JennaHere -Jenna is always empathetic, knowledgeable, and keeps the rooms in good order. You can always depend on her. She embodies 7Cups values and makes this site a safe place. I think the site puts a lot of pressure and responsibility on her, and she rises to the occasion each and every time. Jenna, thank you so much for what you do. We don't say it enough. We could never say it enough. We love you <3

@MayaRainbow2 -She was very nice and stopped counter-productive conversations in their tracks. Also, takes in account the opinions of members in the chat and whether they are comfortable with the topic of conversation. The best moderator I have come across.

Keep the great moderating going, your work is much much much appreciated! *hands you a cupcake and throws glitter on you* You deserve an awesomeness badge for your moderating :P

@Kash216 -She's very kind and she's always trying to make everyone comfortable. She's always there in the conversation, participating and that. I mean, she just doesn't appear when someone does something bad. One of the most professional mods I've seen in the waiting room. Rules were followed, without being too harsh, but it was nice to see a mod not participating in them and acting in a professional capacity.

@danieljphilippe -Daniel quickly came to help us resolve a situation in which an underage guest was being abusive. This guest continued to come back and Daniel continued to handle the situation with grace, empathy, and stoicism. I just let everyone know that Daniel rose above expectations, handled everything well, and we are all supporting him. Love you, Daniel <3 (<--I just met Daniel today during this exchange and already I feel he is a very friendly face.
