@Matildah thanks for the tag.. I guess I use alot of icebreakers to keep chats moving in a positive way
I stay cool, and chill :D but professional at the same time :D I ask questions in a silly way :p i less use the scary mod smiley :o

Try to have friendly chats with the members and get more involved in their conversation, instead of just being there to mod. :)

> Read the room before you say anything, so you can figure out if it is just two members joking around or if you need to give out verbal warnings
> Don't be afraid to adapt your way to speaking to fit the room. I always try to word myself to fit the people in the room so I can get on well with them
