Happy Holidays, Community!

Season’s Greetings 7Cupsians,

As we are celebrating the holiday season and soon we will enter the new year. I want to share my gratitude and best wishes for the wonderful days ahead.

We went through a historic pandemic and as it still continues to impact our daily lives, the hope of vaccines is a sign that it will be over soon as well. But, this year was unlike any other year. It significantly impacted everyone’s mental, physical, and emotional health.

But, during this rough phase, we also witnessed countless compassionate support and care. No matter how big or small steps each one of us took like wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, staying connected with each other through different modes of communication, and reminding each other that we’re not alone.

Many members and listeners provided support through listening 1-1, group chat rooms, and forums. All these efforts reflect that each one of us cares about each other and we exist in such a compassionate and warm community.

A big shout out and gratitude to all the community leaders and listeners for their courage, care, and commitment to supporting the community. And, a huge round of applause for our community members. Those who reached out to get support and those who went the extra mile to listen and validate everyone’s experiences and challenges. Everyone made a difference.

You all stood with us to support each other and we are always here with you to provide the best support you deserve!
