More Sharing Circles and Discussions Update!

Hi everyone! I hope you all are well and safe. We started the Sharing Circles more than a month ago and the community has been enjoying the space to share uninterrupted. In an attempt to provide more support and on high demand we are launching two more sharing circle times:

Evening Time

4 to 5 pm EDT - Adults

5 to 6 pm EDT - Teens

Morning Time

8 am - 9 am EDT - Adults

9 am - 10 am EDT - Teens

Starting Monday both the Adult and Teen side will have 4 sharing circles each day.

We also have a brand new sharing circle team that you can apply to be a part of here!

Discussions Update!

In the past few weeks, we have been experimenting with co-hosts in community mod discussions. Our members and listeners have proven to be more than capable of taking the lead in these discussions. The community mods will be stepping down from leading discussions and focus on site safety and moderation. Starting Monday, Community mods will only lead sharing circles (if there is no host available for it) and the discussions will be entirely volunteer-led. In order to ensure coverage, we ask that all discussions have two hosts so the leaders can take self-care breaks without compromising the consistency of discussions. Global mods have the option of leading alone but we recommend having a co-host.
