Update: Member Group Chats Review Form
Hello everyone, I hope you all have an easy week.
As you may already know, we have updated the behavioral reporting process this week. You can read more about the process here.
As a result of the updated process, we also updated the Moderator/ Room Supporter Review Form and changed it to the Member Group Chats Review Form.
The form used to report the behaviors of room supporters and moderators, both positive or constructive feedback and behavioral reports, but these will now be reported through Helpdesk as shown in the link above so the form is no longer needed for this purpose.
Instead, the Member Group Chats Review form will now be used to submit any positive or constructive feedback based on Group Chat experiences.
If you felt heard, supported, and comforted by anyone in any Group Chats, please take a minute to share your experiences with us. We will pass these appreciations to the respective person and share them in the community to celebrate our group efforts together. We want to celebrate the good work that is happening here on Cups every day.
Group Chats are a place where thousands of members and listeners participate to seek or offer support to others every day.
Many members want to share their supportive or constructive experiences in these group chats and thank the people who helped them. We believe that it would be good to share those experiences with the whole community to encourage and empower each other and bring more comfort and support to everyone.

If I understood this correctly, we have these options for reporting or providing feedback for behavior in chatrooms:
- report a member through HelpDesk
- report a listener (could also be a Room Supporter or Mod) through HelpDesk
- report a Community Mod (through this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScL511VkIa0BQOXnNqbISXcI3V1PhGA4VfBtfz_GUFnwo0FAw/viewform?usp=sf_link)
- give positive or constructive feedback on group chatrooms (through the form above)
Did I miss something?
@MagnificentSunrise yes, you got them all covered, sunrise. Also reporting any chatroom mod or room supporter will be through Helpdesk.

In summary, this post is to mention:
♡ Earlier we had different forms to report listeners or members for various reasons, but they shifted to a New Safety Reporting Process (clickable post).
♡ And there's a new form- Member Group Chat(rooms) Review Form (click to see) that can be used to share our chatroom experience~ any positive or constructive feedback, ideas, thoughts and suggestions can be passed on to the team, using this form.
As mentioned also, in the form and the post, if you have questions about group chats, or need support with understanding more about this form, reporting etcc, you can reach out to ASilentObserver or brilliantturtle89 anytime! 💛
