This week was extremely difficult for me, I was very low and tried my best to keep a smile on to encourage others. After one particularly hard day where me and my friend cried, it was suppertime and everyone was so low. The topic was heavy and I just couldn't do it. I changed the subject to a stupid yt short I watch and let it play getting everyone to laughing
Soon the mood turned around and I got everyone laughing, I felt a little better being able to smile myself.

Week 2
its work milestone, although 2 months at work i have managed to build a budget file with power queries and M code with the help of the manager of course but Im quite proud to be able to show my skills and learn quickly

Dalaa went to the ER alone while feeling dizzy and feverish and having pain around her tube
She had to sit there, answer questions, and wait for tests without anyone beside her Honestly Dalaa isn’t proud of this she was just sick scared and wished someone was there
So, what is Dalaa proud of this week? Nothing. And that’s okay 🖤
This week I found an old letter from an ex… but I’m proud of myself with how I managed my feelings and pushed through the hurt without self destructive behaviour. I’m also starting to move on. Woof!!🐶
my proud moment this week was realizing that i need rest and understanding that sometimes the progress we look for needs some patience and trust in the process

It might not be much to others but this week I'm proud of myself for having the determination to finish a work project when I was burnt out. Even there wasn't an actual deadline for it but but I pushed through regardless of how hard it was and how depressed and tired I felt.
