The “Actually, I’m Proud of This” Challenge

To be presented in the Member Community Room at 10 AM EST, 20 September 2026
If you cannot make it, please drop your 1 thing in this thread so we can still support you
@CommunityModAnne I’m proud of anyone who manages to get a full eight hours of sleep. It’s harder than it sounds, especially when sleeping in is always an option.
I’m also proud of myself for the moments this week when I chose to do the right thing, even when I didn’t have to. Whether it was taking extra initiative at work or going the extra mile by helping a friend in need, I made a conscious effort to do more for myself and others instead of giving into distractions, inspired by the way Anne does it so naturally and consistently at 7cups.
Sometimes, personal growth is simply about choosing to do the right thing, even when taking the easier path is an option.

Proud of my beautiful relationship and my amazing dogs
Today, is a light heated one:
i went to an event to support my local community
It was volunteer lead and because i do a show of my own on the radio someone thought it'd be funny to shove a mic in my face in front of a crowd of people
WHICH was terrifying but i got through it very smoothly. I am proud of how much more confident ive become in a short time
@CommunityModAnne
Week 5
I am proud of myself for slowly shifting my mood and challenging the mentally tired feeling I have been having.
@CommunityModAnne
I'm proud of myself because I went to my first *in person* job interview, I was horribly nervous but I think I'm going to get the job, the interviewer told me they liked me. Overcome some anxiety and was able to ask some questions without sounding like a fluff brain

week 4 ❤️
Dalaa is proud of is that she didn’t give up on a girl with learning difficulties even when the girl had lost her motivation and struggled to engage in learning Instead of giving up on her dalaa tried new teaching methods and what anne said that suited her needs and made learning more enjoyable even Dalaa have fun Seeing the girl respond positively and enjoy the new methods made Dalaa feel proud and reminded her why she chose special education
Dalaa believes that sometimes students don’t lack the ability to learn they just need someone who believes in them enough to find the right way to help them succeed
@CommunityModAnne I'm proud of myself for taking on difficult challenges, like going an entire week without using my phone/pc/laptop for anything besides work and 7cups. I'm currently on Day 5, and this experience is helping me build self-confidence, discipline, and trust in my own willpower. I've struggled with problematic internet use, and this challenge is helping me break unhealthy habits and regain control over my time and attention. Every day feels like a small victory!

Proud of everyone who continues to share what they are proud of and the fact that we are all seeing positive changes.
I'm proud of myself for re-starting 3 good/healthy meals cooked at home.

Love the concept of this thread.
I'm proud of myself for being more active on Cups over the past week, not subscribing to every post and not rejoining tag lists. I'm lonely and seeking meaningful connection hopefully without constantly checking my phone for responses and likes.
