Exciting Updates to Group Support Feedback & Recognition!
Hello everybody! I hope you all are doing well.
We are thrilled to share that the Group Support Review Form has now been refreshed and refined to make it easier and more meaningful for you to share your thoughts and appreciation for others.
The form now has three simpler sections:
- Individual Feedback – Share positive or constructive feedback for anyone participating/leading in Group Support rooms.
- Ideas & Suggestions – Have thoughts on how we can make Group Support rooms even better? Drop them here!
- Behavioural Report – Gives instructions on how to report someone for breach of room/community guidelines.
And now… something brand new! ✨
We are introducing a Group Support Review Milestones to celebrate your great contributions. We will award 7 Cups Official Certificates based on the number of positive reviews received – open to anyone and everyone who participates in Group Support rooms. Each month, we’ll also make a post highlighting the positive reviews submitted since the last update.
Here’s what you can earn:
- Group Support Appreciation Certificate – 10 positive reviews
- Group Support Recognition Certificate – 25 positive reviews
- Group Support Impact Certificate – 50 positive reviews
- Group Support Excellence Certificate – 100 positive reviews
- Group Support Mastery Certificate – 200 positive reviews
Note: Reviews will be counted from today onwards, i.e., 24th October, 2025. Let's start sharing our feedback and celebrate others’ contributions!

Is this form linked under the rules etc list of the group chatrooms too? I think it would be easier to find and more convenient to use from there! I'll save the link somewhere anyway! XD
