Growth Path on De-escalation Skills

As you might know, we started working on growth paths focused on group support leadership needs and skills. Here are the feedback threads that we started: Room Supporters & Chatroom Moderators
As per the feedback shared in the above threads, one of the paths that were suggested was one for the De-escalation skills. So, I created a growth path on De-escalation Skills. I need your help to try and take steps of this growth path and share any or all feedback, thoughts in the comments of this post. Please also do share if any steps that you want to add to it to make it a better growth path on this topic for anyone who takes it.
