Financial stability is a tremendous strain on my psyche. I also learned that my employer before Starbucks was rather abusive and has done some pretty serious damage to my self-worth. - What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward?
My Sprint Method task tracking system (c/o this video) - Real
life means inevitable fluctuation. When you next notice yourself
falling off track, what is your reset plan or micro-habit to get back
into rhythm?
Re-evaluating my plans and what systems are in place to enforce them. For example, if notifications are no longer helping me remember self-care, find a new or previous system that will. My brain requires novelty, so sometimes a system will fall off and I can cycle to a new/different/older one that feels right in the moment. - Tag shoutout to fellow Huddlers who have been there for you!!
@AffyAvo for their dedication to helping with this huddle
@stormieandpaws for their openness and honesty
@Heather225 for their commitment to this huddle and, like, a hundred other things on 7 Cups
Much love to everyone who participated in this round, too! I'm proud of you!

@HappySpecter This is going to be very helpful and I cannot wait to see the flourishing impact! Go for it Spec!
@JasGab200519970

@HappySpecter Spec cat already giving 110% - Love it!
@HappySpecter
I'm even more convinced that I have ADHD because this month I did exactly what the girl did in the video you share, her own scheduling system XD. Thanks for sharing it so much, I got some interesting tips to improve my own scheduling system.
for the rest I think I would give the same answer to all the questions. I love my old huddles runners, with whom I managed to have a nice chat and have supported me through this session like @AffyAvo @stormieandpaws @Heather225 @Hotaru419 and @Moonlight52 but also the new acquired people in the Huddle like @JasGab200519970 who takes the time to answer and read our messages, @StellaIsHere for the detailed updates and greetings @limegreenNectarine6237 for the nice long driving and snack chats XD and you Spencer, I hope your new job gives your confidence back and that you manage in the following months to find a nice new place. :)
(I think you mean "Specter", love 😸)
Sometimes building your own system is the exact thing you need! Even if it's not, I have fun doing it. I hope you did too!
Thank you for the kind words! I wish you the best of luck 🤩
@HappySpecter
XD sorry Specter... yes Specter ... my brain works in funny ways I know

@24hrClimber very enthusiastic and engaged replies
@Moonlight you’ve grown in confidence sharing you’re reflections
Sorry to any others I’ve not mentioned but the discussion and shares have always been interesting in a positive way. I know interesting can sound like a generic word.
@JasGab200519970 aw thanks 🤍
@Heather225 for her gentle encouragement and proactivity!

I thought getting to the sidewalk was a big challenge that would most likely take more than 5 weeks. I was happy to have a sude plank from my knees. If I didn't have this group I probably wouldn't have even checked today - this week other things took up my energy and I was ok with that. I tried today though to mark my progress for the end and success! Some rest can be helpful!
What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward?
Having a bit of a plan for x times a week.
Real life means inevitable fluctuation. When you next notice yourself falling off track, what is your reset plan or micro-habit to get back into rhythm?
Resetting quickly. I'm used to having other things take priority, but I have focused on getting back to the plan as quickly as is reasonable.

@The24hrClimber you always have something interesting to add to the conversation and maybe I'll get to tge Alps one day!
@stormieandpaws we have a few challenges in common and it's been great to have your empathetic support.
@justmiles Seeing someone from the group have such a major successful step was great to see! I hope to continue to see you around!
@Moonlight52 Timeframes didn't align super great, but it was really nice to hear some good news and hopefully we'll connect more soon!
@JasGab200519970 I'd catch you a little bit in the room at the same time. You were so wonderful though about catching up on everything and supporting everyone! Chatting a bit real time was great too!
@HappySpecter It’s been great hearing about all your plans and you've nailed some things! You've shared some interesting things in the forums too - I'll have to go back to them!
@FallenStarss It’s been great to have you join in, someone I've known a while on 7 cups! I'm sorry I missed congratulating you on your graduation real-time! I hope to hear more about what you're up to!
@Hotaru419 You check-in often and are honest with your updates. So often it's a great reminder for my to-dos, even things beyond the goals here!
@limegreennectarine6237 It’s been great chatting with you as I come in partway with your chats with Climber, I hope to get to know you better!
I love how supportive this group is! There's more people I haven't tagged who have contributed!
@AffyAvo yeah timing was totally not on my side lol but glad things are almost over now !
And am really proud of you for all that you accomplished 🤍🫶
@AffyAvo Ive enjoyed our interactions too! :)
@Heather225
Adding a bit of whimsy makes everything tolerable for me! Going on a run for thirty minutes every morning should be a non-negotiable, still working on it. Micro habit would be to develop a strong mindset to maintain the goal. I have terrible memory but I thank everyone who has been very encouraging at the Wellness group chat! I will remember your kindness, everyone!
@yellowflowersinthedark That is admirable that you want to put some stuff into action. Rooting for you, yellow!!
@Heather225
1. Share the biggest win or realization you are walking away with today.
One realization I am taking away is that consistency matters more than perfection.
Progress is not always dramatic or immediately visible, but showing up regularly for the things that matter can create meaningful change over time.
2. What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward?
I would like to dedicate at least 30 minutes each day to intentional learning and personal growth.
Keeping this goal specific and manageable makes it easier to maintain consistently.
3. When you next notice yourself falling off track, what is your reset plan or micro-habit to get back into rhythm?
Rather than focusing on everything that has not been done, I will return to one small action that moves me forward.
I have found that taking a single step is often more effective than waiting for motivation or the "perfect" moment to begin again.
4. Tag shoutout to fellow Huddlers who have been there for you!
I may not have interacted closely with everyone, but I appreciate the encouragement, accountability, and positive energy shared throughout this journey.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to creating a supportive environment.
@TheJourneyOfResilience These are very good points! The point about not waiting for things to be perfect to be motivated s strong reality right there - I watched a video from a lady named Evy and she said "Do it not confident" and dont wait to be confident. Confident is not a born quality and it is something you develop the more you throw yourself into challenges!
All the best to you!
Excited to learn more about you.
