Healthy Living: Wellness Wednesday 3/25/26 (A National Nutrition Month Reminder)
Hey all!
Welcome to Wellness Wednesday~
🍎As we near the end of the Month of March and National Nutrition Month, We send a “Reminder”~
*That progress comes from “consistency.”
*And that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated… It’s not about being perfect. It’s about building “consistent habits” that support your energy & Metabolic Health~
🥕 Progress comes from simplifying decisions & leaning into structure. And When meals & routines are planned, it becomes easier to stay consistent, reduce decision fatigue & keeps you moving forward even when life gets busy.
🥗Nutrition isn’t just about what happens on one day — It’s about the habits you build that help keep you going!
⭐️Through the remainder of “National Nutrition Month” & “beyond”, consider focusing on some “Simple Reminders”:
1.) Stick to your daily structure — Consistency builds confidence over time~
2.) Focus on the Next Healthy Choice- Not perfection!
3.) Stay Hydrated- Small habits add up!
4.) Celebrate Victories- Like having more energy, a Better Mindset, & being more Consistent~

QUESTIONS:
1.) What are some Simple Reminders that have helped you over time with consistency in your nutritional goals?!
2.) What are some small nutritional habits or Victories that you are proud of?!
@PoliteOcean
I find it difficult to drink water, find it boring, so I find some fruit flavoured waters help with that. It's about consistency for me and moderation and not putting too much emphasis on what I'm eating 🩷🤗
@Amanda84
I can totally resonate with that… (I actually do drink water more than any other beverage), but sometimes just find it difficult to be “thirsty enough” to drink it.~
Having a goal to get it in by infusing it with fruits & other means, or choosing fruit flavored versions, is definitely a great way to help with that... It’s one that I also see many others do... (I sometimes add electrolytes in mine to help as well). “Consistency & moderation” are definitely keys to success with nutrition goals! And it sounds like you’re doing a great job with it! Keep up the great work. And thank you for sharing with us! 😊

Its also great that you have incorporated that consistency in smaller habits with your water bottle to help get in more hydration! As well as continuing to stay consistent with your accountability huddles & forum support here at 7cups for continued progress & success!
