@PoliteOcean

Hi, Ocean,

I slept as long as I needed to. Then I made tea, had peanut butter on whole wheat bread, and took my meds and vitamins.

This is wonderful Tree! Lots of healthy things there. Allowing your body to get the rest it needed, along with eating well, and getting in those vitamins is awesome! Keep up the great work!

I woke up early and got in Two Aqua Aerobics classes.... Then spent some time here on 7cups helping others. I have also been getting in my water, staying hydrated, and will take my dog for a walk this afternoon. And will be sure to get to bed early tonight~

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR YOUR "WELLNESS" TODAY?!

Continuously connected with new groups at work, which is critical for the long-term project I am working on, but in the short-term, incredibly nerve wracking. The part of my job where I have to sell our work is the most difficult, but I do love the work. I have to practice tolerating the discomfort of talking to people that don't owe me anything often lately. I know it is better than trying to avoid hard feelings, but it's also incredibly exhausting and hard!! I am taking the advice of a friend and plan to spend a few minutes a day on something for me, even if it's just focusing on a moment, to try to balance out this discomfort.
